At NeutralLogic, we strive to provide exceptional styling services and customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and conditions for refunds and cancellations.
By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before booking any of our services.
Refund Eligibility
NeutralLogic offers refunds under the following conditions:
Styling Consultation Services
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Styling Packages
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the first scheduled service in the package are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund (75%): Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the first scheduled service are eligible for a 75% refund.
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made less than 3 days before the first scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Unused Services: For multi-session packages where some services have already been rendered, we offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion minus a 20% administrative fee.
Online Styling Services
- Full Refund: Cancellations before our stylists begin working on your online styling project are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund (50%): If work has already begun but is not yet delivered, a 50% refund may be issued.
- No Refund: Once the final styling recommendations have been delivered, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Due to NeutralLogic
If NeutralLogic needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to stylist illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances:
- You will be offered a rescheduled appointment at your earliest convenience.
- If rescheduling is not possible or desired, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
- In certain circumstances, we may offer additional compensation such as a discount on future services to apologize for any inconvenience.
Dissatisfaction with Services
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the services you received:
- Please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
- We will first attempt to resolve any issues by offering a follow-up consultation or adjustments to your styling recommendations.
- If we cannot address your concerns satisfactorily, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.
Please note that subjective preferences regarding style recommendations alone may not qualify for a refund, as personal styling inherently involves subjective elements.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.
- Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Expired gift cards or vouchers cannot be refunded or extended.
Refund Processing
Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within the following timeframes:
- For credit/debit card payments: 5-10 business days
- For bank transfers: 7-14 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card.
- Bank transfers will be refunded to the originating account.
Please note that your financial institution's processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your booking reference number, the date of service, and the reason for your refund request.
- If applicable, include any relevant details or documentation that supports your refund request.
We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds as quickly as possible according to the timeframes mentioned above.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully delivered and completed as described.
- No-shows for scheduled appointments without prior notice.
- Cancellations made outside of the timeframes specified in this policy.
- Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective style preferences where the stylist has fulfilled their professional obligations.
- Services booked during promotional periods that were explicitly marked as non-refundable.
Force Majeure
NeutralLogic is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule services or find alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to This Policy
We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
