Booking and Payment Terms

By booking our styling services, you agree to the following terms:

  • Appointments must be booked and confirmed in advance.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • We accept credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers.
  • Prices displayed on our Website are subject to change without notice.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged the full service fee.
  • For package bookings, different terms may apply as specified at the time of purchase.

User Content

Our Services may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Services, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content on or through the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights in and to such User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above
  • Such User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person
